Jenny Barnes is General Manager Victoria at Evoro Group, leading the company’s Victorian sales and operations from its Laverton North base. She brings more than 20 years of operations and senior management experience across both Australia and the United States, with a career built in the recycling and resource recovery industry.
A Manufacturing (Chemical) Engineering graduate of Swinburne University, Jenny has gained extensive experience across paper manufacturing, anaerobic wastewater treatment, energy from waste and material resource recovery. Her career highlights include serving as Project Engineering Manager on the greenfield build of a new papermill, and as Operations Manager of an energy-from-waste plant. Most recently, as General Manager of Operations for a material resource recovery organisation, she built a high-performing team and led the operational integration of an acquired business — experience that maps directly to Evoro’s own model, a national group formed from four established companies. At Laverton, she oversees the operations behind the group’s flagship treatment and recovery facility.
