Evoro Group Credentials
Evoro Group operates within a comprehensive regulatory framework and holds itself to the standards expected of a Tier 1 waste partner. Compliance is treated as integral to the work, not as an administrative overlay.
Is Evoro Group EPA-licensed?
Yes. Evoro Group owns and operates EPA-licensed collection, transport and treatment facilities across Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia. We are not brokers — we hold the licences for the sites where waste is actually treated.
What certifications does Evoro Group hold?
ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 — certified at Laverton. ISNetworld, Avetta, CM3 prequalification. Dangerous goods classes. Evoro Group is fully insured, with cover levels available on request.
How does Evoro Group maintain chain of custody?
Because we own the collection, transport and treatment chain, we maintain an unbroken chain of custody from the point of waste generation to final outcome. Each engagement generates a complete documentary record — waste classification and manifests, transport certificates, treatment and disposal records, and certificates of disposal where required.
The regulatory framework
Evoro Group operates in accordance with state and territory EPA licensing, the National Environment Protection (Movement of Controlled Waste) Measure 1998, state waste tracking and manifesting systems, and Commonwealth and international controls including the Hazardous Waste (Regulation of Exports and Imports) Act 1989 and the Basel Convention.
